The price of your garment includes free shipping back to you within the UK.
You should send your original garments to be reworked to us using your own choice of postage method, and at your own cost.
Dispatch times vary based on the complexity and size of your order. You will be contacted throughout the process to keep you informed of progress. Once fabrics are received, your garments should be completed within one week (sooner if possible). Please get in touch if you require items sooner or for a special occasion and I will endeavour to work with you to meet your request.

Import taxes and duties: customers with shipping addresses outside of the UK are responsible for all duties, import taxes and associated costs. These are not included in the cost of shipping. Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Refusing to pay duties does not mean than your items will be returned safely to Earlier Birds. No refund will be issued and I can not be held liable.
RETURN & REFUND FOR CUSTOM GARMENTS
Custom garments made from your preloved clothing and textiles have been handmade specifically for you with your choice of sizing, material and detail. Since these are bespoke, the are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty. If you find your item to be faulty, please get in touch with us so that we can discuss and resolve the issue.
RETURN & REFUND FOR READY MADE GARMENTS
Ready made garments can be returned if they are in an unworn, unused condition for a refund of the original cost price using your original payment method. Before sending an item back, you are asked to make contact within 14 days of receiving your item to explain the reason for the return and confirm when you intend to return it. We are unable to refund the return postage cost unless the item is faulty in construction, therefore you are responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend a signed for service as we do not accept liability for lost parcels. If an item is found to be in a worn, used or damaged condition when returned, we will discuss this with you to resolve any issues.
